Our Shaft Unloading System, the Return Speed, is a workpiece unloader, suitable for both fixed and sliding-head type machines. It can unload shafts from 200mm to 1.5m long in under 30 seconds.
This fast and reliable unloader has a working range of minimum diameter 10mm up to a maximum of 80mm. The parts are soft-handled and deposited onto a bar storage magazine.
The bar storage magazine has the facility to unload up to 5 rows of components depending on the length of the components.
Multiple row unloading (depending on the length of the component).
