The Pallet-Load series was designed to optimise workflow through manufacturing processes. Your Pallet-Load can efficiently move small, heavy or difficult-to-stack components from the sawing machine to your CNC machine so that they can be processed immediately.

Modular Extensions

Turn-Over Station
Offers a complete finish of your turning pieces, along all sides.
Increase your output even more and reduce work-in-progress with a Turn-Over Station. The robot will turn the workpiece itself so that all sides are processed in a single set-up command. This means the machine can remain working independantly for even longer and work-in-progress is reduced. Finished components come off the machine, fully pprocesed on all sides.
Shaft Options
Offers a solution for the loading and unloading of shafts.
Automatically load and unload shafts on your CNC machine with the Shaft Extension on your Turn-Assist Series. This innovative solution consists of a configurable rack for shafts, adjustable and reversible 2-point grippers for shafts and an extremely user-friendly software extension.
