Company History
We started our journey in the 1960s as a company called Acro-vu. Based in London, we supplied abrasive belt machines and machine tool peripheral equipment. In the 1980s, the company relocated to Milton Keynes and eventually rebranded to Hydrafeed – taking its name from the innovative single-tube, 3-metre Hydrafeed Barfeed.
As time went on, Hydrafeed expanded its product range, introducing the short magazine Barfeed, the Multifeed, which we still supply today. We now have agents as far afield as Estonia and Australia representing our Barfeed products.
As our portfolio has evolved, we have become the go-to company for a broad range of automation equipment. We now supply the RoboJob range of robotic automation solutions from Belgium and the TOP Automazioni range of full-length magazine Barfeeds from Italy.
Despite our growth and expansion, Hydrafeed has stayed true to its roots. We continue to supply the UK and Ireland with machine tool automation products and always strive to provide exceptional customer service. We have decades of experience as a supplier to some of the world’s most prestigious OEMs, as well as working directly with end-users. In doing so, we’ve earned our enviable reputation for delivering a fast and efficient service that always exceeds our customers’ expectations.
