You can choose from either integrated or separated automation in the Mill-Assist range
For integrated models, the automation is built on one fixed frame. This means you can easily remove the robot when maintenance to the CNC machine is needed. What’s more, you can also effortlessly move your automation system from one CNC machine to another.
For separated models, the key elements are constructed separately from each other. This means that you’ll have separate pick-and-place units and robot positions, which allows for flexibility in floorplan design. Separated robots are perfect for larger machining centres as the automation will not block across to your machine’s tool magazine, for example.

The Mill-Assist Essential
Experience the Advantage of an Automation Machine
Set to work immediately with the Mill-Assist Essential. It’s easy to use and has been designed to specifically load and unload small runs and/or small workpieces. The fixed table allows you to configure workpiece supports or grid plates.
The user-friendly interface allows you to automate your small runs in minutes. It features intuitive, graphic software that guides you step by step through the process when you’re setting up your workpiece.
The Mill-Assist Essential is available in either the integrated or separated option. For the integrated model, it is easily moveable and offers automation on one fixed frame. For the separated model, the key elements are physically separated from each other.

Turn-Over Station
Offers a complete finish of your milling pieces, along all sides.
Increase your output even more and reduce work-in-progress with a Turn-Over Station. The robot will turn the workpiece itself so that all sides are processed in a single set-up command. This means the machine can remain working independently for even longer and work-in-progress is reduced. Finished components come off the machine, fully processed on all sides.
