An electro-pneumatic Barfeed, the Multifeed 80 short-magazine Barfeed offers an economical solution that will maximise your productivity.

The Multifeed 80 requires minimal operator involvement, providing you with a high-quality, adaptable way to increase the automation of your CNC turning equipment.

Features:

• Bar capacity 5-80mm diameter. Hexagon, flats and square section bars can also be fed within the same capacity.
• Minimal setup time required
• A master spindle reduction liner to suit the headstock of the lathe and bushings is supplied as standard. We can also supply liners to suit irregular-shaped bars.
• Supplied with an easy-to-use hand-held remote control unit that allows the operator to control the Barfeed.

Optional Extras:

• For bars longer than the lathe headstock a Bar Support Unit will be required. This safely supports bar lengths outside the confines of the lathe headstock.
• The bar storage magazine can be fitted to the front of the Barfeed.
• Increased bar storage magazines can be provided.
• We can provide increased bar diameters of up to 90mm for most Barfeeding applications.
• The Barfeed can be fixed to floor-mounted sliding rails providing retraction in either X or Z axis.
• The Multifeed 80 is available in any size up to a maximum 2-metre feed.
