This standard automation is for small and medium runs and offers the most compact automation on the market. The Turn Assist 200 has been specifically developed for loading and unloading of small and medium-sized batches, for workpieces up to 200mm in diameter.

This model has 2 servo-controlled stacking plates that allow you to stack a considerable amount of rough and finished components.

For our Turn Assist 200, we have both integrated or separated options. For the integrated models, it offers automation on one fixed frame and is easily moveable. For the separated model, the key elements are physically separated from each other to allow easy access for maintenance.
